Brookshire Brothers rang in the New Year with a bang as it opened its latest retail location in Hudson, TX! The store opened on Wednesday, January 11th at 6:00 AM and featured the Angelina County Chamber of Commerce, City of Hudson and Hudson ISD at the 11:00 AM ribbon cutting. Grand Opening fes-tivities included a prize wheel, raffles, giveaways, and appearances by Hudson JV cheerleaders, HighLights, band, and choir. He will continue as a member of the Lufkin-based grocer’s Board of Directors.John Alston, the current Chief Operating Officer and a 35-year veteran of the company, will succeed Johnson as President and CEO.
