We proudly sell meats from the Rosenthal Meat Science and Technology Center, a facility devoted to developing and applying the science of solutions of problems in animals and meat science. The most comprehensive facility of its kind in the United States, the Rosenthal Meat Science and Technology Center provides delicious products, including ribeyes, prime rib, dry-aged T-bone steaks and more.
12th Man Coffee offers coffee lovers three delicious, quality blends whose proceeds benefit small farmers in Central America and improve the coffee economy overall. 12th Man Coffee is a project through What's the Buzz Coffee Co. and the Center for Coffee Research and Education to support Central American farmers and to create an exceptional cup of coffee. There are three blends to try!
The 12th Man Blend: This medium roast is the smoothest of the trio that includes beans sourced from 12 different small farms to represent the spirt of the Aggie tradition of the 12th Man.
Howdy Blend: This lighter roast has more fruity, fresh and aromatic notes with a light body that isn't as bold as the other roasts.
Midnight Yell: This roast has notes of dark chocolate and is the closest to a dark roast of the trio.
