Sweet Summertime Smoothies
With the summer heat comes craving cold, refreshing beverages to meet our hydration and nutrition needs. Smoothies made with fresh fruits (they're nature's candy, after all!) hit the spot better than most.

Berry Peach Smoothie
Serves 2
Ingredients
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 1/2 cups Food Club Frozen Sliced Peaches
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- Fresh mint, optional for garnish
Directions
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
- Garnish with fresh mint, if using.
Green Machine Smoothie
Serves 2
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 green apple, cored
- 1/2 avocado, peeled and diced
- 2 cups kale, stems removed and chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger, peeled and grated
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Full Circle Market Organic Honey
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds, plus more for garnish
- 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon fermented turmeric boosting powder
- 2 1/2 cups coconut water
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with chia seeds.
Morning Mocha Smoothie
Serves 1
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Wide Awake Coffee Co. Cold Brew
- 1 large frozen banana
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon Food Club Unsweetened Baking Cocoa
- 2 teaspoons Full Circle Market Organic Honey
- 1 teaspoon Food Club Pure Vanilla Extract
Directions
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
Blueberry Smoothie Bowls
Ingredients
- 4 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen, washed and picked over
- 1 ripe banana, fresh or frozen
- 1 14-ounce can coconut milk
- 5-6 large ice cubes
- Fresh Harvest Milk or fruit juice, as needed to thin
- Toppings
- Fresh blueberries (or other types of fruit, as desired)
- Nuts and seeds
- Plain yogurt
- Full Circle Market Organic Honey
Directions
- Put all smoothie ingredients into blender and blend for 30-60 seconds until smooth.
- Thin, as needed with additional milk or juice to desired consistency.
- Place smoothie into a bowl and top with desired toppings.
Banana Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 banana, sliced or chunked
- 1 cup peaches
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 1/2 cups Fresh Harvest Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 1/2 cups ice cubes
- 1/2 cup Fresh Harvest Milk
Directions
- Combine strawberries, banana pieces, peaches, raspberries and ice cream in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add ice and milk. Blend again until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
Creamy Pineapple Colada Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 cups Food Club Frozen Pineapple Chunks
- 1 avocado
- 2 cups Fresh Harvest Orange Juice
- 1 cup Fresh Harvest Vanilla Ice Cream
- 2 tablespoons Full Circle Market Organic Honey
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
Directions
- Combine ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
Real Fresh, Real Delicious, Really Green Smoothie
Makes 4 cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup Food Club Frozen Mango, Food Club Frozen Pineapple, or other frozen fruit of choice
- One large apple, cored and cut into chunks
- 1/2 cucumber, cut into chunks
- 1 cup Fresh Harvest Milk, almond milk, coconut milk, yogurt, coconut water, or 100% juice of choice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon whole chia seeds or flax seeds (optional)
- 2 cups packed fresh spinach, kale, or Swiss chard
Directions
- Add all ingredients to blender and mix until well blended. Add greens in batches as needed.
