Summer Pasta Salad

Summer Pasta Salad

Makes about 8 cups 

 

Ingredients 

  • 3 cups cooked Food Club Macaroni 
  • 2 cups Food Club Frozen Broccoli florets, thawed
  • 1 cup thinly sliced zucchini half-moons 
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes 
  • 1 cup diced green pepper 
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese 
  • 3/4 cup That's Smart! Italian Dressing 
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion 
  • 1 can (2.25 oz) Black Olives, drained 
  • 1 tablespoon That's Smart! Italian Seasoning
  • Grated Italian-Style Topping 

Directions 

Toss all ingredients (except the grated topping) in a large bowl. Before serving, sprinkle with grated topping to taste.
