1 Full Circle Market Mahi Mahi Fillets
For the Rub
- 1 TBS Garlic Salt
- 1 TBS Brown Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
For the Slaw
- Red Cabbage, shredded
- Purple Cabbage, shredded
- Carrots, shredded
- Cilantro, chopped
- Slaw Dressing
- 1 Orange, zest and juice
- 1 Lemon, zest and juice
- 1 Lime, juice
- 1 TBS Sugar or Honey
- 1 TBS Olive Oil
- 1/2-1 tsp Garlic Salt
For the Rub
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- For the Mahi Mahi
- Preheat grill to high.
- Season mahi mahi generously with the rub.
- Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Serve atop bed of citrus slaw.
For the slaw
- Whisk together ingredients for the dressing, adding the garlic salt to taste.
- Toss with the slaw mixture and serve with the fish.
