Spicy Mahi Mahi

 

1 Full Circle Market Mahi Mahi Fillets

For the Rub

  • 1 TBS Garlic Salt
  • 1 TBS Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin

For the Slaw

  • Red Cabbage, shredded
  • Purple Cabbage, shredded
  • Carrots, shredded
  • Cilantro, chopped
  • Slaw Dressing
  • 1 Orange, zest and juice
  • 1 Lemon, zest and juice
  • 1 Lime, juice
  • 1 TBS Sugar or Honey
  • 1 TBS Olive Oil
  • 1/2-1 tsp Garlic Salt

For the Rub

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. For the Mahi Mahi
  3. Preheat grill to high.
  4. Season mahi mahi generously with the rub.
  5. Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  6. Serve atop bed of citrus slaw.

For the slaw

  1. Whisk together ingredients for the dressing, adding the garlic salt to taste.
  2. Toss with the slaw mixture and serve with the fish.
