Slow Cooker Chili-Cheese Fries

Slow Cook: 2 hours
Serves: 10
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds 85% lean ground beef
- 1 large white onion, chopped
- 2 cans (15.5 ounces each) Food Club Dark Red Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 1/2 packages (1 ounce each) Food Club Chili Seasoning Mix
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) Food Club Diced Tomatoes in Juice
- 1 cup Food Club Beef Broth
- 1 bag (32 ounces) frozen Food Club Straight Cut French Fried Potatoes
- 1 1/2 cups Food Club Finely Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
- 1 1/4 cups Food Club Sour Cream
- 2/3 cup sliced green onions
Directions
- Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and white onion; cook 6 minutes or until beef is browned and onion is tender, breaking up beef with side of spoon.
- In 5- to 6-quart slow cooker, stir beans, seasoning, tomatoes with their juice, broth and beef mixture; cover and cook on high 2 hours or low 4 hours. Makes about 6 2/3 cups.
- Prepare fries as label directs. Makes about 10 cups.
- Serve fries topped with beef mixture, cheese, sour cream and green onions.
