Prep: 15 minutes plus chilling | Serves: 16

Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 ounces) Food Club Original Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick), softened
  • 1 cup Food Club® Pure Cane Confectioners Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups crushed pecans
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped white chocolate bar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Food Club® Vegetable Oil
  • 3 tablespoons caramel topping
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 16 pretzel rods
  • 8 whole sheets Crav'n Flavor™ Original Graham Crackers, quartered

Directions

  1. In large bowl, with mixer on medium speed, beat cream cheese and butter 1 minute or until smooth, scraping down bowl occasionally. Add sugar and vanilla extract; beat 30 seconds or until incorporated. Fold in 1/4 cup pecans; transfer cheese mixture to large piece of plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Wrap ball with plastic wrap and place in medium bowl; refrigerate 1 hour or until ball holds its shape.
  2. Remove plastic wrap from cheeseball; press remaining 1 cup pecans onto cheeseball to coat all sides. Rewrap with plastic wrap and place back in bowl; refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Makes about 2 cups.
  3. In small microwave-safe bowl, heat white chocolate in microwave oven on high 1 minute or until melted, stirring every 20 seconds; stir in oil. In separate small microwave-safe bowl, heat caramel topping in microwave oven on high 10 seconds or until heated through; stir in salt.
  4. Remove plastic wrap from cheeseball; place on serving plate. Drizzle cheeseball with white chocolate mixture and caramel topping; serve with pretzels and graham crackers.
