Loaded Instant Mashed Potatoes

INGREDIENTS:
- 4 cups Fresh Harvest Milk
- 6 tablespoons Food Club Unsalted Butter, melted
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Food Club Salt
- 3/4 teaspoon Food Club Ground Pepper
- 1 (8-ounce) box Food Club Potato Flakes Instant Mashed Potatoes
- 3/4 cup Food Club Sour Cream, at room temperature
- 1 cup Food Club Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 6 strips of Food Club Sliced Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 1/2 tablespoons chopped green onions, plus more for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Heat the milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring frequently, and remove from heat. Add the melted butter, salt and pepper, and whisk to combine. Pour into a large mixing bowl.
- Add the potato flakes to the milk mixture and stir until combined. Allow to sit for 5 minutes.
- Add the sour cream to the potatoes and mix until evenly combined. Add the cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions, and mix together. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with the remaining green onions.
