Leftover Halloween Candy Brownies
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup Food Club Vegetable Oil (or Food Club Butter, melted)
- 2/3 cup water
- 2 Fresh Harvest Eggs
- 1 tsp. Food Club Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/2 cups Food Club Granulated Sugar
- 1 1/2 cups cocoa powder
- 1 1/3 cups Food Club All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp Food Club Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Food Club Baking Powder
- 2-3 cups of whatever Halloween chocolates, salty snacks, and mini treats you have left, chopped into bite-size pieces. For example:
- Peanut butter cups
- Pretzel sticks
- Caramel chunks
- Chocolate creme sandwich cookies
- Mini marshmallows
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. In a bowl, whisk water, oil, vanilla extract, and eggs. Add sugar, cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder; stir to combine.
- Evenly spread half the batter into the baking dish. Top with half the chopped candy. Pour other half of brownie batter on top, smooth out, and sprinkle with remaining candy.
- Bake 50-60 minutes. Cool before serving. Enjoy!
