Slow Cooker Meatball Subs

Servings: 8

Ingredients

  • 32 oz. package frozen meatballs
  • 48 oz. marinara sauce (two 24-oz. jars)
  • 2 tsp. Brookshire Brothers Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp. Brookshire Brothers Garlic Powder

For the Subs:

  • Split hoagie rolls
  • Sliced Food Club Provolone or Food Club Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Directions

  1. Spray slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Add sauce to slow cooker; stir in garlic powder and Italian seasonings. Add meatballs and stir.
  3. Cook on HIGH 3 hours, or LOW 5 hours. Stir every so often to avoid burning around edges.
  4. Serve meatballs on split hoagie rolls; sprinkle with your favorite cheese. Enjoy!

Slow Cooker Chicken, Broccoli and Rice Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts (cut in pieces)
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Fresh Harvest Brown Rice
  • 2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Food Club Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Food Club Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Food Club Sour Cream
  • 2 cups Food Club Chicken Broth
  • 16 oz Food Club Frozen Broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded Food Club Cheddar Cheese

Directions

  1. Combine rice, chicken, onion, seasoning, sour cream and chicken broth in slow cooker. Stir to combine.
  2. Cover and cook on HIGH 2.5 hours (or until chicken is fully cooked and rice has absorbed all liquid).
  3. Stir in frozen broccoli. Cover and cook another 30 minutes.
  4. Before serving, stir in cheddar cheese. Enjoy!

Slow Cooker Mac & Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Food Club Elbow Macaroni
  • 4 tbsp Food Club Butter
  • 2 ½ cups Food Club Cheddar Cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup Food Club Sour Cream
  • 1 10.75 oz. can condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 tsp Food Club Salt
  • 1 cup Fresh Harvest Whole Milk
  • Food Club Black Pepper

Directions

  1. Bring water to a boil. Cook macaroni about 6 minutes. Drain, set aside.
  2. Mix butter and cheese in a medium pan until melted. Stir in sour cream, soup, salt, milk and pepper.
  3. Combine mixture and cooked macaroni in slow cooker. Cook on LOW 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
