Hit-The-Trail Energy Bites

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 small very ripe banana
  • 1/3 cup Food Club or That's Smart! Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup Food Club Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Directions

  1. Process 1/2 cup oats in a food processor until powdery.
  2. Mash banana with back of fork in a bowl.
  3. Stir in peanut butter, chocolate chips, processed oats and remaining 1/2 cup oats.
  4. Roll banana mixture into 10 (1-inch) balls and place on a plate.
  5. Refrigerate 15 minutes.
  6. Serves 10 balls.
