Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 small very ripe banana
- 1/3 cup Food Club or That's Smart! Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup Food Club Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Directions
- Process 1/2 cup oats in a food processor until powdery.
- Mash banana with back of fork in a bowl.
- Stir in peanut butter, chocolate chips, processed oats and remaining 1/2 cup oats.
- Roll banana mixture into 10 (1-inch) balls and place on a plate.
- Refrigerate 15 minutes.
- Serves 10 balls.
