Ham & Cheese Sliders
Ingredients
- 12 Fresh Harvest Brown 'n Serve Rolls
- 12 Food Club Ham Slices
- 8 ounces Food Club Sliced Swiss or Cheddar Cheese
- 6 tablespoons Food Club Salted Butter, divided and melted
- 1 ½ teaspoons Food Club Stone Ground Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Food Club Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon Food Club Dried Chopped Onion
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl combine 4 tablespoons butter, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, and dried onion.
- Cut the rolls in half separating the top and bottom (if they are attached, you won't need to separate each roll). Brush the inside of the rolls with remaining 2 tablespoons of butter.
- Place the bottom in a baking pan; layer with ham and cheese. Top with the other half of the rolls and gently spoon the butter mixture on top.
- Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the tops are lightly browned. Serve warm.
