Green Machine Smoothie
Serves 2
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 green apple, cored
- 1/2 avocado, peeled and diced
- 2 cups kale, stems removed and chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger, peeled and grated
- 1 tablespoon Food Club lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Food Club honey
- 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds, plus more for garnish
- 1 teaspoon Flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Boosting Powder
- 2 1/2 cups coconut water
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with chia seeds
