Dutch Oven Peach Cobbler

Ingredients:
● 2 (15-ounce) cans of Food Club Sliced Canned Peaches In 100% Juice, drained
● 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons Food Club Sugar, divided
● 1 tablespoon Food Club Cornstarch
● 1 teaspoon Food Club Ground Cinnamon
● 1/2 teaspoon Ground Ginger
● 1 tablespoon Food Club Honey
● 1 teaspoon Food Club Vanilla Extract
● 2 cups Food Club All-Purpose Flour
● 2 teaspoons Food Club Baking Powder
● 1/2 teaspoon Food Club Coarse Sea Salt
● 1/2 cup Food ClubButter, cold and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
● 1 cup Fresh Harvest Milk
● Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, for serving
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a Dutch oven with cooking spray and set aside.
2. Combine peaches, 1/4 cup of sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, ginger, honey, and vanilla in a
large bowl and toss to coat. Transfer to prepared Dutch oven and set aside.
3. Combine flour, remaining sugar, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl. Add butter,
and combine using your fingertips or pastry cutter, until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Pour in milk, and stir until just combined.
4. Top peach mixture evenly with large dollops of biscuit batter. Bake until biscuits are
golden-brown and peaches are bubbling, about 30-35 minutes.
5. Cool cobbler for a few minutes before topping with ice cream and serving.
