Crispy Ranch Chicken Strips

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Food Club All-Purpose Flour
- Food Club Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
- 2 large Fresh Harvest Eggs
- 5 cups Crav’n Flavor Ranch Tortilla Chips, crushed
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1/4 cup Food Club Honey
- 1/4 cup Food Club Dijon Mustard
- 3 tablespoons Food Club Mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Food Club White Vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon Food Club Paprika
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Put flour into a shallow bowl, season with salt and pepper, and whisk together. In a second shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs. In a shallow dish add the crushed tortilla chips.
- Dip chicken into the flour to coat and shake off excess. Transfer to the egg to coat and allow excess to drip.
- Coat the chicken in the crushed tortilla chips, gently pressing to adhere. Place the chicken onto the baking sheet. Repeat until all the chicken is coated.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes on each side, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- While the chicken is baking, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, vinegar and paprika. Serve the honey mustard with the baked chicken.
