Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Pasta
Ingredients
For the Chicken:
- 3 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp Food Club Butter
- 1 Tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 Tsp Food Club Ground Black Pepper
For the Alfredo:
- 3/4 Cup Food Club Butter
- 1 Cup onions, chopped
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 6 oz. Food Club Cream Cheese
- 4 Cups Food Club Heavy Cream
- 1 Tsp Food Club Oregano
- 1 Tsp fresh basil, finely chopped
- 1 Tsp Food Club Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Food Club Ground Black Pepper
- 5 oz. Food Club Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 16 oz. Food Club Fettuccine
- 3 Cups broccoli florets, fresh or frozen
Directions
For the Chicken:
- Cut chicken breasts into about small, bite-sized pieces.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over low heat. Stir in chicken, Cajun seasoning, and pepper.
- Cook until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the middle.
- Transfer chicken to a plate. Set aside.
For the Alfredo:
- In the same skillet, add butter, cream cheese, onions and garlic over low heat. Stir. Once melted, whisk in heavy cream.
- Add oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Whisk on low heat until well incorporated.
- Add shredded Parmesan cheese and cook until thickened, stirring often. Add chicken and broccoli florets once desired sauce consistency is reached.
- Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Serve over fettuccine pasta. Enjoy!
