Cheesy Jalapeno Popper Dip

Ingredients
- 1 block of Food Club Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 Cup of Food Club Sour Cream
- 1 Cup of Food Club Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Cup of Food Club Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 cup Food Club Shredded Parmesan Cheese, divided
- 6 Slices of Food Club Sliced Bacon, cooked and crumbled, plus more for garnish
- 1/4 Cup Club Diced Green Chilies
- 1/2tsp Food Club Garlic Powder
- 1/2tsp Food Club Onion Powder
- 1/2tsp Food Club Kosher Salt
- 1/2tsp Food Club Ground Black Pepper
- Chopped Fresh Parsley, for garnish
- Crav'n Tortilla Chips, for serving (optional)
- Fresh Harvest Sliced French Bread, for serving (optional)
Method:
- Preheat oven to 375F. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar, mozzarella, and 1/4 cup of parmesan in a medium bowl until blended.
- Add bacon, jalapenos, green chilies, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture evenly into a lightly greased 8x8-inch baking dish. Top evenly with remaining parmesan cheese.
- Bake until dip is bubbling at edges and top is golden-brown, about 20-25 minutes. Garnish with parsley, additional bacon and additional jalapenos. Serve warm with tortilla chips or bread.
