Cheesy Jalapeno Popper Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 block of Food Club Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 Cup of Food Club Sour Cream
  • 1 Cup of Food Club Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Cup of Food Club Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Food Club Shredded Parmesan Cheese, divided
  • 6 Slices of Food Club Sliced Bacon, cooked and crumbled, plus more for garnish
  • 1/4 Cup Club Diced Green Chilies
  • 1/2tsp Food Club Garlic Powder
  • 1/2tsp Food Club Onion Powder
  • 1/2tsp Food Club Kosher Salt
  • 1/2tsp Food Club Ground Black Pepper
  • Chopped Fresh Parsley, for garnish
  • Crav'n Tortilla Chips, for serving (optional)
  • Fresh Harvest Sliced French Bread, for serving (optional)

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar, mozzarella, and 1/4 cup of parmesan in a medium bowl until blended.
  2. Add bacon, jalapenos, green chilies, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Transfer the mixture evenly into a lightly greased 8x8-inch baking dish. Top evenly with remaining parmesan cheese.
  4. Bake until dip is bubbling at edges and top is golden-brown, about 20-25 minutes. Garnish with parsley, additional bacon and additional jalapenos. Serve warm with tortilla chips or bread.
