BLT Salad

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 8 slices Food Club Thick Cut Sliced Bacon, chopped
  • 1 (5-oz.) package salad mix 
  • 2 beefsteak tomatoes, chopped
  • ½ cup Food Club Ranch Dressing
  • ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese

Directions

  1. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until crisp, stirring frequently.
  2. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
  3. Toss salad mix, tomatoes, dressing and cheese in a bowl.
  4. Serve sprinkled with bacon
