5-Ingredient Simple Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- ½ Cup Food Club Butter, softened (salted or unsalted), at room temperature
- ¾ Cup Food Club Light Brown Sugar
- 1 Fresh Harvest Egg
- 1 Teaspoon Food Club Vanilla Extract (optional)
- ¼ Teaspoon Food Club Salt
- 1 ¼ Cup Food Club All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Cup Food Club Chocolate Chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350º. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla to mixture until incorporated.
- Stir in flour, salt, and chocolate chips until just combined.
- Scoop dough (about 2 tablespoons per cookie) onto prepared cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350º, about 8-12 minutes.
- Cool for 5 minutes, and enjoy!
4-Ingredient Simple Sugar Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Food Club Butter, softened
- ⅔ Cup Food Club Granulated Sugar (plus extra to sprinkle on top)
- 2 Cups Food Club All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Tsp almond extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line cookie sheet with parchment.
- Beat butter and sugar until well combined. Add flour and extract. Mix until smooth (not crumbly) dough forms.
- Smooth and shape portions of dough (about 1" each) into balls. Place on cookie sheet and flatten to 1/2″ thick.
- Sprinkle unbaked cookies with granulated sugar. Bake for 14-16 minutes.
- Cool for 5 minutes, and enjoy!
