4-Ingredient Mango Sorbet
Ingredients
- 4 cups Food Club Frozen Mango Chunks
- 1/4 cup Full Circle Market Organic 100% Honey
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- Pinch of Kosher salt
- Optional: Mint, for garnish
Directions
- Pulse mango in food processor until roughly chopped.
- Scrape down sides of the bowl. Add honey, lime juice, and salt.
- Leave food processor on until sorbet reaches desired consistency. Continue scraping sides of the bowl down as needed.
- Enjoy immediately or freeze in a well-sealed container for up to two weeks.
Tip: Let stand at room temperature for at least 10-15 minutes before serving.
