A note before we begin... A diet can be a wonderful tool for strategic health improvement and short term weight loss. Keep in mind, however, that many popular diets are meant to be used temporarily for achieving health goals, and there are other aspects vital to healthier living—exercise, sleep, and more. Additionally, just because a diet is popular or works well for some, it may not be what’s best for your body. So listen to the feedback your body gives you and change it up if need be.
