This SMS Terms and Conditions page describes our mobile programs and available codes. Providing consent to our mobile programs is not required to make a purchase and no purchase is necessary. You consent to our practices as set forth in our Privacy Policy and agree to our Terms of Use as a condition of subscribing to alerts. In addition, you accept any additional terms specific to each program to which you subscribe. Our current text programs include:

In the event that you change or deactivate your mobile number you agree to notify us at textsupport@brookshirebros.com to have your number revised or removed. Additionally, we reserve the right to alter message frequency at any time, i.e., we may change the frequency of texts that you receive under this program. We will notify you via text if we change the frequency, and will provide you with the opportunity to opt-out, and you consent to receiving such text notices about program terms and changes.
